Back to sweats

I just bought a really cute pair of maternaty jeans a month ago and already they don't fit! ARGH! I think I'll just stick to sweat pants.

Stretch

I think Nathan was stretching the other day, because all of a sudden a foot came out one side!!! As soon as I touched it, it went right back in, but WOW what a different feeling that was.

Equine Therapy

Went and saw my horse yesterday, and had a great time. The sun was shining, (I got a little burnt)and it was so peaceful up at the ranch. It's definetly time to start going up there all the time, now that the weather is nice.

Good Morning Daddy!

I was on the computer this morning, and Billy woke up and came over to say good morning, when Nathan heard his daddy's voice he started kicking and punching! The really cool part is that Billy and I could see all the movement through my shirt! So Cool!

Dentist time

Well i figured that since I'm double covered with insurance, I better get into the dentist. It's been 10years since I've been in, so I'm a little scared at what they'll find, but better late than never.

Nathan is just cruising right along. He is at 26 weeks, and "the book" says that his eye lids are just starting to open, so if you shine a flashlight at my tummy he might be able to see it! The doc also said that he is getting big enough that we can hear his heartbeat with a regular stethoscope. I tried it yesterday and thought I might of heard something??? For all my efforts, he just kicked me, as if to say "mom get that thing off of me!"

Big Bump!

This is me at 25 weeks, it kinda looks like there is a basketball under my shirt.

Doc Visit

Well we had a great doctor's visit, and we got to see Nathan again. In this picture you can see his face on the right, and his torso with his little heart on the left. Cool! After looking at this picture, Grandma DeeDee say's she thinks Nathan is going to have his daddy's forhead and my chin :)

The Doctor said everything looks great, all his organs are in the right spot and working, and he is about 2lbs right now.

A Suprise Ultrasound

My doc called to remind me of my appt. tomorrow, and mentioned another ultrasound to see how the baby is growing. I thought we were all done with ultrasounds, so I'm excited to be able to see the baby again! I love technology :)

Tomorrow we are also testing for gestational diabetes. I'm not really worried about it though, I feel great, I've been eating really healthy, and my job keeps me really active.

Getting Ready for Nathan

Well last week Billy and I spent some time cleaning and re-organizing to make room for our little one. Here is a picture of our new crib (Thank you Grandma DeeDee and Pappa P) and our new bedding (Thank you Aunt Keri and Uncle Joel)

I have this overwhelming desire to shop for baby stuff right now! I have to keep reminding myself that we still have another baby shower to look forward to, and were going to get a bunch more baby stuff. So to satisfy my shopping urges I've been updating our registries.

25 Weeks

I'm feeling great, and other than having to pee every 5 seconds this pregnancy thing is fun. Billy got to feel the baby kicking yesterday, he thought that was pretty cool!

I had a great visit in Seattle, lot's of rest and much needed shopping! The baby shower was great and we got a whole bunch of cute stuff for Nathan. Yesterday Billy and I spent the morning organizing and putting together our new baby stuff.

Nathan is now 9 inches long, and 1 1/2lbs and is now developed enough to "practice" breathing in the womb.
