Rough Night

We had our first rough night with Nathan last night. Poor kid cried for 3hrs straight! We rocked, and sang, changed diapers, and fed him, and the poor thing cried all the way through it! I guess my mamma's right, sometimes babies just have to cry, it breaks my heart though!

It's hot!

Our furnace went out the other day, which means the air conditioner is out too! Uggh! It's hot! I guess I should be greatful that this isn't the middle of winter when the furnace decided not to work. Staying cool is our top priority these past couple of days, sticky mamma = sticky baby.

We are just loving our baby boy! He is such a good baby, and we are very greatful that we are having no big problems adjusting to each other. I am still very sore, but I'll probably be up and around in another week, THANK GOD for Billy's help! We have just had a nice week at home, enjoying family and our sweet baby boy!

Our sweet baby boy was born yesterday at 4:41pm after 7 1/2hrs of labor. He is 20inches long and weighs 7lbs 5oz. We are so proud!
